Our Refund Policies.

If your item is damaged in transit please let us know before accepting the delivery, get in touch via phone, email or online chat.

ALL perishable items i.e bags, buckets etc are NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to us not being able to confirm if they have been stored correctly. Please be aware of this before purchasing. However everything else  you have a 14 day refund right with costs of delivery/collection plus a restocking charge of 20% of your order value payable by you.

Items such as trowels, beads etc can be returned/refunded if they are in new condition and have not been used or seal broken.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms in the future. Any changes will be posted to this website and will take effect immediately. You should, therefore, read the Terms each time you access this website.

These Terms and any Contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
